1 Introduction

3 Account Registration

To access the full range of zk77 services, you must register a personal account. The following conditions apply to the account registration process and ongoing account maintenance:

zk77 reserves the right to decline any registration application or to close any account at its sole discretion, including where it suspects the registration is fraudulent, duplicated, or in breach of these Terms.

4 Identity Verification (KYC)

zk77 operates a Know Your Customer ("KYC") verification process in accordance with its licensing obligations and responsible gaming commitments. The following provisions apply:

• Before any withdrawal is processed, you must complete identity verification by providing valid government-issued photographic identification (e.g., CNIC, passport, or driving licence) and proof of address.
• Additional documentation may be requested at any time, including proof of payment method ownership and source of funds declarations.
• zk77 targets a verification turnaround of 24–48 hours for complete documentation submissions. Complex cases may take longer.
• Withdrawals will remain on hold until KYC is completed to zk77's satisfaction. Depositing and wagering may continue during the KYC process.
• Any attempt to submit fraudulent, altered, or third-party identification documents will result in immediate permanent account closure and forfeiture of all balances.

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on zk77 are governed by the following rules:

• Deposits and withdrawals may be made in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via supported payment methods including JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, SadaPay, USDT TRC20, and debit card.
• Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed within the zk77 cashier at the time of transaction.
• Withdrawals will, where operationally possible, be processed to the same payment method used to make the most recent qualifying deposit.
• zk77 targets withdrawal processing within 15 minutes for JazzCash and EasyPaisa on fully KYC-verified accounts. Actual processing times may vary depending on payment provider infrastructure.
• Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–3 business days depending on the receiving institution.
• zk77 does not charge withdrawal fees on standard transactions. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which zk77 accepts no liability.
• Chargebacks are strictly prohibited. Any user who initiates a chargeback against a zk77 transaction will have their account permanently suspended and the disputed amount may be pursued through legal means.
• Deposits made in error cannot be reversed once a wager has been placed against those funds.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

zk77 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible registered users. The following general terms apply to all promotions unless a specific promotion states otherwise:

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements. The specific wagering requirement (expressed as a multiplier, e.g., 30x) applicable to each bonus will be clearly stated on the promotion page before you opt in.
• Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds may not be withdrawn as cash until all applicable wagering requirements have been fully satisfied.
• Welcome bonuses are available to new registered users only and may only be claimed once per household, device, IP address, and payment method.
• zk77 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time with reasonable prior notice. Bonus terms will not be changed retroactively on a bonus already accepted by a user.
• Attempting to exploit bonuses through hedging, arbitrage, or any other strategy that, in zk77's reasonable assessment, constitutes bonus abuse will result in bonus cancellation and may result in account suspension.
• Free spins, if awarded, are valid for the specified game and expiry period stated in the promotion. Unused free spins lapse upon expiry without replacement.
• zk77 reserves the right to withhold bonus payments where it identifies activity it reasonably believes constitutes fraudulent or abusive behaviour.

7 Sports Betting Rules

The following rules apply to all sports betting markets available on zk77, including PSL cricket, international cricket, football, UFC, and kabaddi markets:

• All bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of bet placement confirmation. Displayed odds are subject to change at any time prior to confirmation.
• zk77 reserves the right to limit maximum stake amounts on any market at its discretion. Stake limits may vary by market, event, and user account.
• In the event of a match abandonment, postponement, or cancellation, settlement rules specific to each sport apply as published in the zk77 sportsbook rules section.
• In-play bets are accepted subject to a brief confirmation delay. zk77 accepts no liability for bets placed on events where the outcome is already known at the time of acceptance due to data feed delays.
• Palpable errors in pricing (manifestly incorrect odds) will be voided. zk77 will notify affected users and return stakes in full.
• Any bets suspected of being placed as part of match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any other form of corrupt activity will be voided and reported to the relevant authorities.
• Winnings from voided bets are returned as the original stake to your zk77 account balance.

8 Casino Games

The following provisions apply to all casino game products on zk77, including slots, live dealer tables, tower games, table games, and any other RNG or live-streamed game formats:

• All casino games use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or are operated from regulated live dealer studios. Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages for each game are available within the game information panel.
• In the event of a technical failure during a game round — including disconnection, software error, or server interruption — the round outcome will be determined by the game server's last recorded state. If the outcome cannot be determined, the wager will be returned to your balance.
